Dieser Ort ist einfach wunderschön! Keith und Alice, unsere Gastgeber, hätten nicht freundlicher sein können. Die Aussicht beim Frühstück ist atemberaubend und die Betten waren super bequem, die Zimmer wirklich sauber. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten

Erstens machten die NICHT freundlichen Gastgeber vor dem Einchecken viel Aufhebens um das Parken auf ihrem Parkplatz, ein mürrisches altes Ehepaar, das nicht in der Lage ist, ein Hotel zu führen, wenn man es so nennen kann. Lassen Sie sich nicht von der äußeren Erscheinung täuschen. Nach der unfreundlichen Begrüßung fuhren wir los und fuhren zu einem anderen Hotel.

The experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable on several levels: Discriminatory treatment – From the moment we arrived, the receptionist/owner treated us with hostility. My wife wears a hijab, and the way she looked at us, spoke to us, and even suggested we should go elsewhere felt clearly discriminatory. This is not hospitality, it is exclusion. Unreasonable extra charge for infant – We were traveling with our 19-month-old baby who was mistakenly left out of the booking. Instead of understanding, the hotel demanded an additional 200 CHF for an infant. This is unreasonable and exploitative. Poor facilities and hygiene – There was no microwave or option to warm baby food, the restaurant was closed when we arrived, and we even found insects in the bathroom. Breakfast quality – Breakfast was unacceptable: we were served only one egg to share between two adults, with no proper alternatives. Overall, the stay was stressful, unwelcoming, and far below the standards expected from a hotel listed on Booking.com.

A hidden gem off the beaten path. If you’re looking for a tranquil, peaceful, and quaint bed and breakfast to stay at near Interlaken, Switzerland, Hotel Beatus is it! Over 120 years old, this property boasts spectacular views, free parking, Wi-Fi, and breakfast for hotel guests, and superb customer service from the lovely hosts Keith and Anita. The property, to include the room and bathroom was clean, it was a quiet night’s rest, and offered radiator heating if needed. I am pretty spoiled back home with hot showers, and experienced a warm/cool shower for the first time. 😅 Overall, a splendid two nights at this property and will be booking again in the future!

Me and my mother spent the best 3 delays there clean rooms nice breakfast on awesome view ...nice lady and man they speak English. French and German ... it's the dreams hotel and very good location and price
