Ich würde definitiv NICHT empfehlen, in irgendeiner Form mit diesem Unternehmen zusammenzuarbeiten. Ich habe versucht, bestimmte Produkte zu bestellen, aber mehrere Anrufe und sogar eine E-Mail an den Besitzer Rene Mueller blieben nach über einem Monat unbeantwortet.
Nicht empfohlen. Wir haben im Vorfeld Bildlizenzen für über 400 Franken gekauft, hatten dann aber Lieferschwierigkeiten, obwohl es sich eigentlich nicht um einen Artikel handelte. Dies wurde uns erst auf Nachfrage mitgeteilt. Wir haben die Lizenz nie erhalten. Alles, was wir bekamen, war eine Nachricht, dass wir es erhalten hatten und dass wir uns direkt an die Lizenzgesellschaft wenden sollten. Wir versuchen seit einem halben Jahr erfolglos, diese Lizenz per E-Mail zu erhalten. Als wir ReAn Handels kontaktierten, erhielten wir nicht einmal eine Antwort. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt.
Ich habe einen Staubsauger bestellt, ihn erhalten, aber jetzt ist er defekt. Meine Anfrage wurde vom Kundenservice ignoriert und ich habe seit über einem Monat keine Antwort erhalten.
I wouldn't recommend them again. Ordering a defective Xbox is understandable. But then having to solve the problem myself with the words, "Well, it has a warranty, I have to send it in myself and take care of it," is just outrageous, especially since I have a right to a new console! Their unfriendly approach of saying, "Send me the box, and I'll take care of it if you can't," isn't exactly customer-friendly. I just want a new box, not a refund. Well, we'll see what happens. P.S. They're still not easily reachable at the number they published.
So far, I've received all my orders very quickly and reliably! I'll update this review if my experience changes. Everything's been great so far, though!
This company is absolutely not recommended! I ordered three items in August and paid immediately. The first two items weren't delivered until October. Now, in December, the last item has finally arrived! In the meantime, I've tried calling at least 20 times, left three messages on their voicemail, sent emails, sent WhatsApp messages, posted a message on their website, and even called WIR Bank! NO RESPONSE!!! NO ANSWER!!! NOTHING AT ALL!! I will definitely never order anything from them again...
