Nach neun Jahren als zuverlässiger Mieter in der Rathausgasse in Glarus möchte ich meine Erfahrungen mit der RuRu Immobilien GmbH teilen. Mehrere Vorfälle während der letzten Phase meines Mietverhältnisses ließen zu wünschen übrig: 1. Verspätete Meldung von Bauarbeiten Über umfangreiche Dacharbeiten wurden wir erst informiert, nachdem das Gerüst an der Fassade bereits aufgebaut war. 2. Unbefugter Zutritt zur Wohnung Trotz der klaren Vereinbarung, dass die Wohnung erst nach vorheriger Absprache nach dem Auszug, aber vor der offiziellen Übergabe betreten werden darf, wurde diese Vereinbarung nicht eingehalten. 3. Unangemessen langer Übergabeprozess Die Übergabe dauerte 3,5 Stunden – auch weil die Hausverwaltung gewechselt hatte und der Zustand der Wohnung sehr detailliert dokumentiert wurde. Viele dieser Details hatten jedoch keinen Bezug zur tatsächlichen Übergabe. Aufgrund dieser Probleme sowie des unprofessionellen Auftretens eines Mitarbeiters kann ich die Anmietung einer Wohnung bei der RuRu Immobilien GmbH nicht empfehlen. Sophie Öhring

Unfortunately, I've had a bad experience with this company. Administratively, they're a complete mess, so I ended up having to pay my neighbors' utility bills. The first time, I was given an in-person appointment to explain things. I was literally talked to death. The second time, I requested information in writing. Instead of an answer and an explanation, I received late fees and debt collection notices. As a landlord, you can certainly outsource work to RuRu Immobilien very cheaply. However, the bad reputation and dissatisfied tenants are practically guaranteed. Long story short: poor communication and administrative chaos.

This property doesn't care about anything, as long as the tenants are quiet. In the end, they blame everything on the tenants because they ignore everything. For example, laundry isn't possible in the building, there's no electricity over the weekend, and contacting the property is impossible. There was no building maintenance. The balcony couldn't be used for two years due to a broken shutter. The property was aware of the defects but didn't care. If you call, you get yelled at. People smoke marijuana in the building, and this wasn't addressed either, so I had to keep the windows closed all the time, even though I have two small daughters. My laundry card only cost 3-5 francs for three months, and then they even sue you. Unbelievable! Shame on you, Ruru Property!

I would not recommend RuRu Immobilien to anyone. They are very arrogant and pretentious. I wanted to inquire about an apartment, but they told me: "We will not rent an apartment to you!" Such real estate companies should have their management licenses revoked. They do not act in the best interests of the property owners.
