I drove to Garage Iten on Friday evening without an appointment, and of course, after closing time. I had also never been a customer there before. Despite all this, Mr. Iten served me incredibly kindly and competently. The problem was immediately identified and expertly resolved. I can wholeheartedly recommend Garage Iten. It's an old-school village garage, the kind you hardly ever see these days, unfortunately. Here, personal customer service is paramount and truly practiced. The big chains could learn a thing or two from them.
God certainly has many guests, both pleasant and unpleasant. For several years now, I've been taking my Fiat Ducato camper van to Mr. Roland Iten. We've traveled through the Balkans, as far as Greece, Sicily, Spain, Portugal, and the North Cape with it. The mechanical parts have always run smoothly. Once, the diesel filter failed. Mr. Iten helped me over the phone on Saturday evening at 9 p.m. By Monday, I was back on the road. I entrust my classic Mercedes 560 SEC to him as well. I can recommend this company with a clear conscience. Now I'm on my way to Morocco.
What's a "coffee" at Kenny's is a sparkling clean wheel at Roland Iten, and he even does the work himself. Apart from that, Iten Garage is a highly reputable, customer-friendly garage where you'll be happy to have your car serviced for years to come – in my case, currently a Volvo S40 and a FIAT 500. The owner always takes the time to personally receive or deliver the car. If something larger and more expensive comes up, he'll always inform you in advance or by phone. I've been a satisfied customer for 20 years.
