Wenn es möglich wäre, würde ich überhaupt keinen Stern geben. Ich erhielt eine E-Mail von Bigler Immobilien und wollte den Vertrag unterschreiben, doch dann wurde mir gesagt, dass ich die Wohnung doch nicht bekommen würde, mit der Begründung, dass ich wegen der Kinder nicht in das Gebäude passen würde und es zu laut sei... Sehr unprofessionell und einfach schäbig.
The apartment doesn't need to be cleaned. Bigler AG always finds a way to avoid returning the deposit. When I was leaving, they said I'd lost the key. We agreed to order a copy for 60-70 Fr. The bill for the lost key ended up being 1800 Fr!!! Until I complained, they didn't send the documents. Be careful!!!

We arranged an appointment to view the apartment, arrived at the property on time, and no one from the management showed up. When I inquired, they simply said that dogs weren't allowed, no apology, nothing at all.
