Lauterbrunnen ist ein atemberaubendes Tal, umgeben von steilen Klippen, grünen Wiesen und atemberaubenden Wasserfällen. Wir besuchten es am Nachmittag im Oktober und das Sonnenlicht ließ die Landschaft magisch wirken – perfekt für Fotos. Der Hauptwasserfall ist leicht zu erreichen, mit Parkplätzen in der Nähe und angenehmen Spazierwegen. Allerdings war es etwas voll, was die friedliche Atmosphäre etwas beeinträchtigte. Dennoch ein unvergesslicher Ort und ein Muss in der Schweiz!
Tolle Orte zum Besuchen!! Mindestens einmal im Leben muss man diesen Ort besucht haben. Hier geschieht die Magie. Als ich Disneyland besuchte, war es sehr kalt und es schneite. Aber es macht trotzdem Spaß und ist den Spaß wert! Ich war an den Neujahrsfeiertagen am 1. Januar dort und es war ziemlich voll. Ich empfehle Ihnen, einen Premium-Zugang zu kaufen, damit Sie mehr Fahrten genießen können. Lebensmittel, es gab viele Möglichkeiten an Restaurants. Und vergessen Sie nicht, die Disneyland-App herunterzuladen, damit Sie wissen, wie lange Sie auf die gewünschte Fahrt warten müssen. Es war fantastisch, im Winter Disneyland zu besuchen 😆
Es ist wunderschön zu sehen, wie die Wasserfälle so weit nach vorne fallen. Die Menge des austretenden Wassers variiert, was sich auf die Schönheit auswirkt. Es gibt einen Weg, der bis zum Gipfel führt, NICHT bis zum Gipfel, und er ist anspruchsvoll und für einige in der Gruppe hat sich der Aufstieg NICHT gelohnt. Von unten wunderschön. Ich habe mich selbst übertroffen und es hat sich für mich persönlich nicht gelohnt. Grundsätzlich hat man oben einen besseren Blick auf das Tal und nicht auf die Wasserfälle.
Lauterbrunnen is an absolute must-see. The nature here is breathtaking—you can literally feel the fresh mountain air while surrounded by waterfalls and stunning scenery. The village itself has a wonderful vibe, and I highly recommend an early morning walk if you’re a morning person, as the atmosphere is peaceful and refreshing. There are plenty of trails to explore, and the views are unforgettable. You can easily reach Lauterbrunnen by train and enjoy the scenic ride, no surprise, the Swiss train system works perfectly. The town also has a variety of hotels and Swiss cottages, many offering cozy stays with local breakfasts. We truly enjoyed our visit and would highly recommend it for anyone traveling through Switzerland.
It's the iconic waterfall seen when walking through the village of Lauterbrunnen. It's named after the misty spray that blows away on windy days like dust. It's the inspiration of a Johann Wolfgang von Goethe poem named "Songs of the Spirits over the Waters." It was the very first waterfall that we visited during our trip. We didn't even attempt hiking up to the platform. Believe me, it's just as beautiful seeing it from every vantage point below. Just look up some of the videos online and you'll understand why it's not an easy climb up. It's steep on a slippery slope depending on the weather. You'll need waterproof shoes to wade through the puddles in the tunnel and along the steps leading up to the platform. Maybe this is the reason for it being a free attraction. Go at your own risk. Haha! But hey, you will get some beautiful views of the Lauterbrunnen Valley for your efforts. It's just a picture-perfect postcard view with the village in the foreground. There's even a second smaller waterfall that can be seen to the left of it (Spissbachfall?). The cows that we saw along the way made the experience even more special. It was the perfect ending to a very long tour day in the Bernese Oberland region. It was a relaxing early evening walk!
🌄 The viewpoint is nice but honestly feels a bit overrated. If you come by bus, you’ll need to walk uphill on a fairly steep path 🥾. 📸 Since it’s a popular spot, expect to wait around 15–20 minutes to take photos. The best time to visit is early in the morning ☀️, so you can avoid the crowd and also get better lighting without backlight. ✨ Overall, worth a quick stop if you’re in the area, but be prepared for the walk and the wait
