Es ist mein zweiter Aufenthalt im Hotel Simmenhof. Freundliches und professionelles Personal. Saubere Zimmer und schöne Einrichtungen | Tolles Frühstück. Ich würde es auf jeden Fall empfehlen und wieder dort übernachten
Wir übernachteten im Simmenhof auf unserer Via Alpina-Wanderung. Das Hotel liegt gerade so weit außerhalb von Lenk, dass es unbequem ist, obwohl sich direkt vor dem Hotel eine Bushaltestelle befindet und man 25 Minuten zu Fuß in die Stadt braucht. Es liegt in einer eher landwirtschaftlich geprägten Gegend, was eine schöne Aussicht auf das Tal, aber einen spürbaren Mistgeruch bedeutete. Das Personal war größtenteils freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Raum fühlte sich veraltet an, war aber komfortabel. Es schien, als würden sie nach und nach das gesamte Hotel renovieren, also wird sich das vielleicht verbessern. Das Abendessen im Rahmen der Halbpension war köstlich.
Wir waren über Silvester 23/24 für zwei Nächte in diesem wundervollen Hotel im Zimmer Nr. 211. Michael und sein Team waren absolut großartig. Alle Mitarbeiter haben während unseres Aufenthaltes unermüdlich gearbeitet, um allen Bewohnern das Gefühl zu geben, etwas ganz Besonderes zu sein. …
We booked a room for 2 without balcony for 2 nights. Room was pretty basic, with some smaller issues. However during the first night we were kept awake by a humming sound. Most horrible night ever in a hotel. We couldn't sleep not even with ear plugs. A friend of ours stayed in the room next to us, same experience. So we went to the reception an explained the situation. First reaction was that this is what you should expect when you book a cheaper room (with out balcony and mountain view). It took quite some effort to convince hotel management to offer us new rooms. During the rest of our stay they were pretty 'icecold'.
The staff were absolutely amazing and took great care of me and my team during our short visit. A massive thank you to Claudia, Alexandria, Sokratakis, and Saskia for their outstanding hospitality and attention
