Ein gemütliches Restaurant am Ufer der malerischen Straße im historischen Zentrum. Der Besitzer (?) war sehr nett, er spricht mindestens 3 Sprachen und ist immer hilfsbereit. Wir bestellten Fischcremesuppe, Tatar und Hühnchen in Weinsauce. Ich werde diese Hauptgerichte nicht empfehlen, da sie nichts Besonderes waren und das Tatar eher vegetarisch als fleischig war. Was das Hühnchen betrifft, so ist die Soße eigenartig, aber das Fleisch war leicht verkocht. Insgesamt war es ein gutes Essen, aber wir waren nicht besonders beeindruckt.

A place where time seems to stand still in the heart of Twann! The ambiance and service offer instant relaxation, and guests are treated with the utmost care. We were there for lunch and couldn't resist the local wine. The menu is very creative, and the summer dishes we enjoyed were artfully presented and perfectly seasoned. Even the amuse-bouche was exceptional. The outdoor seating area is highly recommended when the weather is nice. The hospitality is second to none.
We had the catch of the day, which was exceptionally well prepared. The wine recommendations (regional wines, of course) were also consistently spot on. The host was very friendly. We'd love to come back!
