As a long-term tenant of Küffer Immobilien, I simply cannot understand "Alex's" review. The lease is a standard contract with completely ordinary clauses to clearly regulate the tenancy. There are no vague or ambiguous statements; for me as a tenant, everything is clear and, importantly, well-defined. How the supposed prospective tenant "Alex" arrives at such unusual conditions is completely incomprehensible to me. Furthermore, it's astonishing how quickly and easily (even via WhatsApp!) Küffer Immobilien handles my inquiries and complaints. I usually receive a response the same day. If necessary, tradespeople are organized within a few days. I have never received such service from any other property management company (and I've had the pleasure of dealing with several). Far from lazy and unprofessional (the assessment of the supposed prospective tenant "Alex," who obviously had only brief contact with Küffer Immobilien, if any at all)!! I feel very well taken care of as a tenant with Küffer Immobilien and can highly recommend them.

They draw up rental agreements with exotic terms and conditions and refuse to discuss them at all. It's unclear whether they are "just" unprofessional (or lazy) or whether the whole thing was actually an attempt at fraud. ADDENDUM Apparently, there are people ("Sommer Simon") who clearly doubt my statements. I'm glad these people haven't encountered any problems, but this amateurish management company has specifically done the following: - Incorrect information about the owner in the rental agreement (does not correspond to the land register) - Inadequate information regarding the opening of a rental deposit - Legally invalid information regarding the tenant's obligation to repair rented electrical appliances - When asked about the content of the contract, the quick response was "Unfortunately, we cannot consider you."
