Ich mag diese Ladenkette wirklich. Ich habe das Personal in Münsingen als sehr freundlich empfunden. Aber... ich war von der Auswahl enttäuscht, die in einer Großstadt viel größer ist. Meiner Meinung nach ist die Ladenaufteilung ziemlich dürftig, und außerdem war ich während des Green Days-Sales dort, habe in der App mit 50 % Rabatt auf die neue Herbstkollektion geworben und hatte das Gefühl, als würde ich im Sommerschlussverkauf einkaufen, weil die Auswahl im Vergleich zu dem, was ich in der App gesehen hatte, so dürftig war.

Die Dame mit den schulterlangen Haaren und der Brille sollte endlich lernen, Kunden zu begrüßen und nicht mehr ihr persönliches Handy auf der Ladestation zu benutzen. Dies ist das zweite Mal, dass sie an der Kasse an ihrem Telefon herumfummelt, anstatt mich anzurufen. Und unfreundlich ist sie obendrein. Schade... Eigentlich mag ich Münsingen, und der Manager ist immer sehr nett und toll zu mir.

Unfortunately, we didn't notice that the store was almost closing time because we were engrossed in all the cool dresses. They didn't say that the store would be closing soon or anything else. As we walked to the checkout, the saleswoman said that if we wanted anything else, we should pay now in a very nasty tone, saying that she wanted to finish work on time and not stay any longer because of us. My mother then said that we shouldn't pay for the dresses and leave them there so that the lady didn't have to work overtime just for us. She then said that we were welcome to complain. In the end, the lady scanned the items and we paid for the dresses. We left the store at 6:33 p.m. If the nice lady hadn't made such a fuss, we definitely would have left on time without the 3 minutes of overtime. We're not coming back!

I did my shopping this morning and found a 50% discount coupon in my mailbox when I got home. 30 minutes after shopping, I called to request the discount be applied retroactively (one hour after I'd already made the purchase). However, Chicorée is being uncooperative and is essentially blaming customers. Very disappointed and not at all customer-friendly.

Good location, close to the train station and the main street. Good selection, but a bit confusing, in my opinion. The staff is friendly and helpful. Otherwise, the store is like the other branches. Prices are affordable for good fashion.
