Ich habe seit fast 2 Jahren eine Autonomous System-Nummer sowie einen Internet Exchange Server von Securebit. Die bestellten Leistungen wurden innerhalb weniger Minuten erbracht. Die ASN-Registrierung dauert in der Regel ein bis drei Werktage, da diese vom RIPE NCC zugewiesen werden. Der Server läuft zuverlässig, performant und stabil.

I have an IPv6 subnet and a BGP tunnel using GRE from Securebit. Setting up the IPv6 subnet in the RIPE database was easy thanks to the excellent instructions. Support was also helpful, albeit a bit brief, when setting up the BGP tunnel on my OPNsense firewall. So far, I've been very satisfied. However, I was quite surprised when some pages with Chinese characters (e.g., LinkedIn) appeared in the web browser. I quickly noticed that the geolocation of my IP subnet was set to Singapore by Securebit. Since geolocations aren't managed centrally but by various services, it was very time-consuming for me to set the geolocation correctly and inform the most important services. Even after three weeks, there are still problems, as various apps check the geolocation, and it will probably take weeks for even the most recent service to update it. I expect a Swiss IP address from a Swiss company, so I can't really recommend the company.
