Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hervorragend und die Arbeiten werden stets sorgfältig und zuverlässig ausgeführt. Es ist für mich eine große Erleichterung, diesen Service in Anspruch zu nehmen – sehr zu empfehlen!

Ausgezeichnete Arbeit – Jahr für Jahr! Die jährliche Fensterreinigung war auch dieses Jahr wieder absolute Spitzenklasse! Schnell, effizient und mit einem Ergebnis, das für sich spricht: streifenfrei, glasklar und makellos bis in die Ecken. Das Team arbeitet zügig und dennoch mit größter Sorgfalt – kein Tropfen, kein Schmutzkörnchen, alles bleibt makellos. Der Service ist zuverlässig, freundlich und sehr professionell. Ein echtes Highlight meines Jahres – sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir haben von dieser Firma ein Angebot für eine Umzugsreinigung angefordert. Obwohl ihr Angebot nicht das günstigste war, überzeugten uns ihre fairen Löhne, uns für sie zu entscheiden. Wir haben sie zunächst telefonisch kontaktiert, was etwas schwierig war. Wir haben dann per E-Mail kommuniziert und alles schriftlich vereinbart, und alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Die Reinigungskräfte kamen 10 Minuten früher, worüber ich mich sehr gefreut habe. Ich übergab die Schlüssel und kam erst zur Endkontrolle zurück. Das hat perfekt geklappt – die strenge Leitung war von der hervorragenden Arbeit überrascht. Schließlich haben sie sogar meinen unerwünschten Müll und meine Möbel zu einem sehr fairen Preis entsorgt! Sehr empfehlenswert.

Unfortunately, very unprofessional. They didn't show up for the apartment handover as agreed in the contract. The front door key was in the wrong mailbox. We had to do the additional cleaning ourselves. The cigarette butts on the terrace were an outrage. They charged us for extra hours even though the apartment was still dirty and the landlord hadn't accepted it. When we complained, the company offered to give us the overtime for free. What a joke! This is blatant extortion. Be careful. We had to involve our legal insurance. Unfortunately, the company got away with their brazen tactics because legal action would have been too expensive! Shame on them.

I can only agree with Mr. Gatschet's negative review. Two men were supposed to clean my kitchenette—without a stove or oven—and a small bathroom in four hours, two hours each. There was no sign of the professionalism the company advertises, and certainly no professional equipment. The man in the kitchen didn't even finish cleaning four cupboards and six drawers, conveniently overlooking the undersides (grease). The cleaning in the bathroom was equally shoddy (hair in the bathtub, dust in every corner), nothing like the difference. Furthermore, a glass shelf in the bathroom broke, which I noted on the service report, requesting that they contact us. Nothing happened. We sent several emails, which were polite at the time, but never received a reply. Likewise, numerous attempts to contact the company by phone were fruitless, as the voicemail was always full and unusable. My call today was answered – surprise, surprise – by a woman who merely reacted vehemently to my complaints and ultimately hung up on me... No further comment is necessary. Conclusion: Stay away from this company!

This is an unprofessional cleaning company. Technically incompetent and unqualified staff. Stay away! ❌ My previous tenants hired this company for the apartment handover with a guarantee of acceptance. At the handover, the landlord, the previous tenants, and I were shocked. The job was more than inadequate. For example, the lamps were still dusty, the oven and dishwasher were dirty, and you couldn't find a descaled bathroom or kitchen. The radiators were partially covered in blue smeared from the cleaning agents. They clearly had no knowledge of the chemicals. The cleaning crew consisted of a woman and her two teenage sons. When we pointed out the deficiencies, she reacted with anger and excuses. The boss was nowhere to be seen. The follow-up cleaning ("guaranteed acceptance") was just as pointless, because they simply weren't qualified and couldn't achieve the desired result. It was a terrible experience, both for my previous tenants and for me. It's just beyond gsi! Simply no! 💢
