Dieses Mal war ich rundum zufrieden: Alle Raumthermostate waren vollständig geöffnet, dennoch lagen die Durchflussmessungen bei Null und die Böden waren kalt. Eine Pumpe war ausgefallen – ein Notfall zu dieser Jahreszeit, an einem Freitag vor einem Wochenende. Der Heizungsprojektmanager, der leitende Techniker, kam, sah und siegte! Vom ersten Anruf bis zur Reparatur vergingen weniger als sechs Stunden.

Leider kann ich dieses Unternehmen nicht empfehlen. Ihre Arbeitsmoral ließ zu wünschen übrig. Vereinbarungen wurden nicht eingehalten. Seit fünf Jahren habe ich mit dem gleichen Problem zu kämpfen: Wasser bleibt in der Toilettenschüssel und läuft nicht ab. Dieses Problem tritt regelmäßig auf und eine Lösung muss noch gefunden werden. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass der Geschäftsführer weder telefonisch noch per E-Mail auf Kontaktversuche reagierte. Insgesamt ein sehr unprofessioneller Eindruck.

We replaced the old gas heating system in an eight-family residential building with a heat pump with a nominal thermal output of 44.4 kW. It draws its energy from the ground via four 250 m long boreholes. The scheduling and collaboration with the client worked perfectly from planning to completion. All tradespeople involved were friendly and courteous in every respect. All services and documents required by the contract, as well as the administrative work with the Canton of Zurich for the subsidy fees, were provided. The on-site technicians were also very friendly and courteous, and enthusiastically answered any questions that arose. We chose Neukom in advance because a foundation of trust was quickly established and because everything we wanted was simple and achievable, rather than difficult and expensive. Highly recommended company!
