Ich habe Portner Systems heute telefonisch kontaktiert und war angenehm überrascht, wie schnell ich durchgekommen bin. Kein Warten, kein Weiterleiten. Am Telefon hatte ich sofort einen kompetenten Ansprechpartner. Der Kontakt war außerordentlich freundlich, zuvorkommend und professionell. Man merkt sofort, dass sie strukturiert arbeiten und ihre Kunden ernst nehmen. Schon das erste Gespräch machte einen sehr guten Eindruck. Mr. Portner took two hours to figure out, with a Salt Fiber Box working perfectly, that my two repeaters weren't functioning optimally. At the second appointment, he spent 1 hour and 45 minutes installing the two Netgear EX6110 repeaters he recommended, only to then determine that a third one was needed for the living room. He charged €145.20 for the two repeaters (Digitec €53.80). I had accepted this beforehand because I'm completely clueless about this stuff. Now I have to pay almost €600 in total and take care of the rest myself, or it will get even more expensive. This doesn't seem right to me. But it is to Mr. Portner. He wouldn't budge and thinks his price is correct. I also found him very taciturn and he didn't explain anything; you have to ask about everything. I think it's far too expensive for what he did and feel exploited because I'm not knowledgeable about this. But hey, you make the most money off the gullible. Definitely not recommended.
