Benoha Umzug war sehr professionell. Pünktlich, sehr schnell, sorgfältig. Ich war wirklich beeindruckt, wie schnell die Möbel abgebaut und wieder aufgebaut wurden. Dies ist das zweite Mal in zwei Jahren, dass ich sie benutze. Wenn ich jemals wieder umziehen muss, werde ich sie anrufen.

Wir beauftragten Benoha, nachdem wir ein paar Angebote eingeholt und verglichen hatten. Was hat uns überzeugt? 1) Zuerst das gute Gefühl, das wir mit Herrn TAHIRI, dem Geschäftsführer des Unternehmens, hatten, als er unser Haus besuchte, um die Arbeit zu beurteilen. Seine Einschätzung war fair, professionell, präzise (am Ende haben wir genau die Menge an Kisten gepackt, die er vorhergesagt hatte 🙌) und vor allem vertrauenswürdig. 2) sein wettbewerbsfähiger Preis und sein Versprechen, innerhalb des Angebots zu liefern. Am Tag des Umzugs war sein Team großartig. Sie waren sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und wussten, wie man mit den üblichen unerwarteten Dingen in letzter Minute umgeht, und gingen noch einen Schritt weiter. Kurz gesagt: toller Service.

I do not usually like to leave comment. but with Benoha, I made an exception! I highly recommend Benoha company. I moved my apartment in July and have a great experience with them. The first meeting and estimation of the price was very clear and detailed. Most importantly, no fake promise. As i have few interviews with other companies before, quite a lot of them gave a cheaper price and promise lot of things and end up charge more. with Benoha, i was recommeded a ceiling price based on the amount and services i needed. We communicated clearly how many car, helpers, boxes and scope of work. On the moving day, the moving team was top! Professional. they divided work and had a very clear workflow, we started at 8:30a.m and finished 3pm including building all the furnitures. it was very effiecient, hustle free moving i ever experience. again, highly recommended their services and I will definitey hire them again next time :)

First class removal service, the guys are very careful with the furniture, everything risky was shrink wrapped for protection, zero damage was made to objects or property. We also had the cleaning service organised through Benoha, who also did a great job. The customer service and contact was very professional and rapid throughout and finally the price for removal and cleaning were very reasonable and competitive. We hopefully won't be moving again soon but if we do we will definitely choose Benoha again. Highly recommended!! The 5 star rating is thoroughly deserved.

We have just completed the move and end of tenancy cleaning with Benoha and we are so happy with how the whole process went. After filling the form online, Hana presented me the offer next day and I must say they have very competitive prices for the amazing service. There was a meet-up in person also organized for making sure the quote is accurate. During the move day the team was very professional and fast. Also, the cleaning in the old apartment was done at a very high quality as the handover went so smoothly. I really recommend their services as they are a team of great people.
