The ice cream might be fantastic, but if the shop's opening hours are 9-12 and 13:30-17, and the factory is closed on Saturdays, when is a normal working person supposed to buy ice cream there? I certainly won't be going there again, and another producer will be happy to take my planned party treat. 😊 …

I took a tour of this ice cream factory. The advertised "you can try as many gelatos as you like" unfortunately didn't happen, which didn't sit well with some of us. Understandable, considering the price of CHF 28.00 per person only offered one flavor of ice cream. Only after someone pointed it out did we get a small selection, but we had to share the little scoops. Not exactly hygienic when about 10 people are sharing one ice cream with their spoons. All in all, the organization was unprofessional (too few chairs and glasses), which is a shame, as Leonardo and his daughter are very nice people. It could be better.

Excellent ice cream with a wide selection. I usually pick it up directly from the factory outlet. The only downside is that they don't have a huge selection of tubs, and the larger containers are 2.5 liters or 5 liters – too big for most households (my freezer doesn't have enough space). I'm hoping they'll soon offer smaller sizes like 1 liter or 750 ml. The ice cream itself is absolutely delicious!
