One star, and even that's too much. I absolutely cannot recommend Salvation Army Brocki Logistics to anyone. I have rarely experienced such unprofessional and unfriendly service. The employees are extremely disrespectful, especially Leard and Celina, who worked there. Instead of being customer-oriented, they treat you condescendingly, snap at you, and ultimately even insult you. Absolutely unacceptable. On top of that, the work is sloppy: floors are scratched, other people's property is handled carelessly, and nobody takes responsibility in the end. As if that weren't enough, the prices are outrageous compared to the service provided. You pay a lot of money and then get treated badly on top of it. In short: Unfriendly staff, shoddy work, disrespectful treatment, and exorbitant prices. 👉 Definitely not recommended. Stay away.
Great team, friendly contact with the office, and top-notch, fast, and clean work. I would definitely use them again; this level of quality is rare!
