Very bad experience with the staff Would not recommend
Nice staff and convenient location. I had an issue with my rented snowboard bindings and they swapped them out without any issue. The staff spoke both English and German.
On our last holiday in Switzerland, we forgot our equipment and had to rent skis from Brunni Rental. The prices were fair, and the staff were incredibly friendly. We were very satisfied with the service.
Unfriendly, unmotivated. Skis are not adjusted, children's shoes are handed out in the wrong sizes.
We arrived around 11:30 AM and had booked half a day of equipment for 12:00 PM. However, the system charged us for the whole day. The saleswoman said that's just how the system works. I think that's a complete rip-off. Next time, I'd rather walk a bit further and go to a different rental place.
