Order placed in September 2023. The work itself was OK, but the costs were very high in relation to the work performed and compared to other air conditioning and refrigeration technicians (e.g., Matco). Extensive additional costs were charged. Even after speaking with the customer service manager, there was no understanding of the cost/value of the work. Therefore, I cannot recommend this company.
