Had an appointment at 9am, called 100x and now they say sorry we cant make it. We need to do 12am! People have jobs and need to plan also!
After seeing 20min document on ceva Logistics I decided I will actively avoid ordering from zalando. The way they treat employees is disgusting and unacceptable.
In 2021, our goods were damaged during transport by CEVA. We have repeatedly reported this damage and requested compensation. To date, however, we have not received any compensation.
What CEVA Logistics does to its employees is inhumane! I find it outrageous and the company should be sued because this is no way to treat employees!
