We ordered wooden table stands from Nef Holzwaren. The order confirmation stated that delivery would take place in week 32. Since we still hadn't received the goods by week 36, we contacted Nef. The response was disappointing. A current order would take longer than expected. No apology, no cooperation, and no information from them about the delay. We needed the table stands for our summer terrace... A very disappointing experience for us as a service provider. A shame.
I've ordered products several times. I've always been able to pick up my order very quickly. The quality is excellent. The staff is friendly, the advice is good, and the prices are very fair. I'll definitely order again.
