We had such a great time at the fondue class with Julia! It was a warm, friendly, and delicious experience. We got to taste a variety of different cheeses along with selected wines, which really allowed us to discover amazing flavors and variety of Switzerland traditions! Also we enjoyed some games during preparation! Julia is passionate, knowledgeable, and very friendly, she took the time to answer all of our questions and shared tips and stories! Highly recommended for anyone who loves cheese, wine, and a fun, welcoming atmosphere!
The best vegan cheese fondue I’ve ever had and the costumer service is amazing. Also ordered the chocolate vegan fondue and it was also very good. Totally worth the visit
We had a great time! We learned the history of Fondue, as well as other information about Switzerland. There was so much food and wine, games and of coarse, a how to on fondue making! I would highly recommend taking this fondue coarse! You will not regret it! Lots of fun to have!
I cannot express how fantastic this tour experience was! From the moment Sonja greeted us to the scenic drive, to the breathtaking hike up to Roland & Bernadette’s farm, to the delicious breakfast, to the cheese making experience it was complete total awe and joy. What an amazing experience we had today on our cheese making tour. Myself, my 75 year old mother, my 8 year old daughter and my boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed the chance to spend the morning with Sandra, Roland and Bernadette. The hike to the location was gorgeous, through meadows of flowers, a peaceful shaded forest, and gorgeous streams creating the most beautiful symphony that played through the trees. We were served delicious warm bread, eggs, hot coffee and tea, before having the unique experience of learning how to make fresh cheese under the expert direction of this friendly group. Meeting the cows, especially a 3 day old calf, was the icing on the cake for us. It can be a messy experience, but extremely worthwhile with the once in a lifetime memories made. We are so grateful to everyone involved who welcomed us so warmly.
Really fun experience! There was cheese and wine tasting, and even small games to play. Loved tasting all the cheeses and making our own cheese fondue. We had a great time!
