We had a fantastic one-night stay at this charming, small hotel with touches of the past. Its calm atmosphere helps one relax and the friendliness from the staff is super welcoming. The food is certainly next level, skillfully made of great home-made or locally-sourced products and very tasty. Thanks for an enjoyable stay!

Overall the hotel is good to stay and the lady boss is very friendly. But there are two things need to be improved. The bed is too high and the bed side is made of thin wood, the fabric which covers the wood is broken, which hurts the skin. …
The staff give this hotel a homey feel with their kindness. It’s an adorable building with gorgeous dining areas. Their breakfast is fantastic and they really do what they can to help you feel at home. It’s also great walking distance to the gondola and down to the water. Thank you for having us!
From the moment you walk in, you're hit with a complete sense of being welcomed and at peace. The staff is without a doubt the most positive, hard working and helpful you'll ever meet. This hotel near Lake Lucerne will make you feel more at home than your own house. The staff are constantly making sure things are topped off and at the most convenient level for you. It really seems as though they genuinely care about your comfort and enjoyment. I have been to many hotels across the globe and this one has been the best in every sense. The rooms are clean and well kept, what stands out the most though is the outstanding service and hospitality. The food is also sheerly spectacular. The best hotel-food I've ever been privileged to have. I highly encourage you experience this place for yourself.
What a beautiful place and the service was exceptional. The staff is so accommodating. The dinners and breakfast each day were incredible. 15 day trip that started in Ireland, went through Germany and Austria and this was probably our favorite of all the places we visited. Hope to make it back someday.
