A shipyard rarely found these days – genuine service with heart, expertise, and passion After moving from Lake Constance to Lake Lucerne, I moved my boat to a new harbor. Unfortunately, this adventure almost began with disaster – because another shipyard (whose name I will deliberately not mention) didn't reinstall the chart plotter's transducer after painting it underwater. Water freely entered the boat through the open mounting holes. It was only by chance that I wanted to take a spontaneous trip that Thursday evening. But things turned out very differently. The water ingress was discovered at the last minute by Christian Jenke, an attentive, extremely competent, and extremely helpful employee at Marina Rütenen – and just before closing time. With impressive ease, extensive expertise, and a true service mentality, he did everything he could to save my boat from worse. Without hesitation, he personally ensured that the boat was lifted with a crane and transported to a hall where it could be professionally dried with construction dryers. And all this, even though his workday should have been over long ago. I wasn't just greeted as a new customer at Marina Rütenen – I was welcomed. From the very first moment, it became clear to me: Here, they don't just understand the word service, they live it – 100%. The people at this shipyard work with passion, professionalism, and genuine commitment. Such service providers are rare these days – Marina Rütenen is a shining example for many other companies.
