Honestly Ebay has lost its integrity and reputation. The last 3 orders i had purchased had been deemed as fraudulent and i have as of today not received any refund for the illegal registration of that buyer. Not a sincere business policy from Ebay
Regardless of eBay or Amazon, there is no difference but the one thing that I've learned is that the Chinese sellers on eBay are very sneaky at misleading the consumer so whenever I had an issue with the seller I would escalate the matter straight to eBay and they would make sure I had been reimbursed within 72 hours, that's the good thing about eBay stepping up to make sure their platform is guaranteed to make the customer feel safe.
The worst customer experience I have ever had as a consumer. With-held my money for 6 months before releasing it to me. Disgusting company. Never using again. Amazon for me, all the way.
Compared to Amazon eBay is a lot more efficient a lot more honest and a lot more easier to deal with you have to be careful about a lot of the Chinese vendors they seem to be dishonest not all of them possibly 70% of them are that way so buyer beware
Customer service very poor. I bought new chair with fault. No body reply I send so many messages no body care. Please no buy from them they sell faulty stuff
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER..Product was never shipped and would not respond to any queries on Ebay ------------------------------------ EDIT - Seller contacted me after I cancelled and finally shipped the product hence restoring the rating but not a great experience
