Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. An aluminum tea tin was charged as a significantly more expensive item – the price was about six times higher. When I went back to clarify the error, I was given a change, but this amount was also incorrect. (Was it because it was Monday?) Being charged twice is not only annoying, but it also raises serious doubts about the care taken in dealing with customers. Furthermore, the prices are generally very high. For me, the price-performance ratio is completely unacceptable. I have lost trust in the store and will not shop there again.
Very friendly and competent service. Special requests are absolutely no problem. I had a tea advent calendar put together for my daughter. I'm not a tea drinker myself, but after today's visit, that will certainly change. I'll definitely be back.
The Pi lo chun had hardly any aroma (too old?) and the taste of the Tie kuan yin, while intense, was rather unpleasant. I couldn't detect any fruity or floral notes.
A charming little shop with a wonderful saleswoman. They have a wide variety of teas, including the famous matcha tea with its original drinking vessel. Anyone who enjoys tea should definitely visit. Especially around Christmas, this gem of a shop is the perfect place to buy beautiful gifts that radiate well-being and coziness. Definitely worth a visit.

Strawberry Clouds, Cherry Dreams, Immune Boost, Morning Sun... Amazing quality. The tea names say it all. I couldn't possibly drink as many as I'd like to try. Extremely fast delivery. Excellent value for money.
