I was contacted by Salt with an offer for fiber internet, and I was promised a smooth transition from Sunrise to Salt. Unfortunately, the only "seamless" part was the early termination of my Sunrise contract—one day ahead of schedule. It's now been 10 days since the Salt contract started, and the internet is still not working. I was also promised several things, including vouchers and a spare hotspot device, but the device didn’t work when it was delivered. Overall, this experience has been frustrating and far from what was advertised.

Very very bad internet, and they lie people about unlimited internet, i get internet for 10 days and i had no internet after 5 days, and thats second time they cheat me.
Competent and helpful staff. Have to wait as it's usually busy.
