Waldhotel Spa — Resort Lake Lucerne, Bürgenstock 30, 6363 Obbürgen, Switzerland

From arrival to departure it was flawless. Fantastic service. A curated menu , the food was excellent. The spa area had an outside terrace in which one can sunbathe as well as a steam, sauna, ice, aromatic room and pools. Had a very good massage. We shall return!

What stood out for me was their friendly staff. Beautiful outdopr pool and the best thing is that it’s heated. The room was nice but not at the level that they’re charging.

Very toned down and relaxing version of the Alpine Bürgenstock hotel. Excellent service and great staff. The restaurant Seven is exceptional. All the staff there including Bruno was amazing. Regards to the Chefs who create the exceptional food.

Staid there a couple of years ago during COVID lockdown (as a health facility, it was allowed to stay open). Excellent rooms and service, stunning views of the Alps, excellent SPA (we had several treatments) and pool area. Not great for kids (limited access to SPA/ pool area) and restaurant is a bit too health-focused which makes it not too exciting, high quality, but not my first choice

Enjoyed every time spent in this spa! The spa is quite big, located on S floor. Here you can find few different saunas , steam room, different pools with different temperature, outside and inside pools, salty room, snow room and tanning terrace. Tea is available as well as fruits and dried fruit with nuts . The spa facilities are very clean, the place is maintained very well. Must visit spa !

Excellent place if you want to take a few days off for unwinding. Everything is perfect, almost. People are excellent and everything is as it should be.
