Besides check in that went nicely, with a kind lady, the rest was just wrong.|I’m travelling very often for my work and this is the first time I have had such a poor expérience from other customers behaviour and it says long about the …
Rooms are fine, practical and rather new, check-in was friendly. Another crew on Sunday morning kept harassing us to check out from 10am onwards first by phone and then came even knocking at the door at 10:45… very obnoxious. (Checkout is 11am and I told them that we are fully aware and we did checkout before 11am.)
I love this Hotel. I was there with me Groupe and everything was amazing. The Personal from the Hotel is very friendly, especially Alisha she makes a good job. I'm looking forward to coming back soon to the SwissEver Hotel with mz next Group.
I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Toni and the outstanding service provided during my stay. His kindness, attentiveness, and excellent communication made a remarkable difference in my experience at the hotel. Toni went above and beyond his duties, offering a genuine and heartfelt sense of care and hospitality.
This was a BEAUTIFUL HOTEL! The rooms and views were spectacular!!! The rooms were so spacious!!! If you were there more than one night and did not want your room cleaned you got a basket full of treats♡ I just loved this place.
This hotel is very nice, but the location is not great if you have no personal means of transport. We stopped here as part of a tour group. There were no issues with getting our rooms, which were very nice. They're spacious and clean, and the beds are very comfortable. There is no AC, but since it is in a quiet location, sleeping with the window open makes the room very comfortable. Also, the cleaning ladies will leave you a Swiss treat if you decide to not have your sheets changed one day. This was a nice bonus as we were only there for two nights. The breakfast was just okay, as I would have loved some more options. My biggest complaint was the location. After a long day of exploring Mount Pilatus and the city of Lucerne, we arrived back at the hotel ready for dinner. Your options are either, eat at the hotel, which was good the night before but is expensive and the menu is small, eat at an expensive Swiss restaurant down the street, or eat at an expensive Italian restaurant further down the street. You could jump on the bus to Cham, but no one explained to us how the public transport worked and we were tired after a long day. So just be aware of your options for eating before boxing yourself into this scenario like we did. If I return to this area, I would stay here again as long as I had my own means of transport.
