CAUTION: Unexpected Costs and a Dangerous Interface Our experience with Infoniqa was unfortunately very negative. After what we considered an attractive offer, a few months later we experienced a massive cost increase. The monthly invoices were sometimes significantly higher than originally expected. While we were trying to clarify the discrepancies, our account was blocked—WITHOUT NOTICE OR WARNING. During this period, we were temporarily unable to send invoices to customers, which caused considerable problems for our business. Then everything worked again, but customers who had already paid for their orders suddenly received invoices. This was extremely dangerous and caused enormous damage. This situation was unacceptable for us. We have returned to Bexio.
Infoniqa Switzerland AG is a complete disappointment. The system is a technical disaster: unstable, immature, and barely suitable for productive use. Instead of simplifying processes, the software constantly creates new problems and additional work. Basic functions are unreliable or don't work at all. Customer service is the icing on the cake. Extremely long response times, little expertise, and no discernible interest in finding real solutions. You're given the runaround, passed on to someone else, or simply ignored. Overall, an expensive nuisance with no added value. Anyone who relies on a functioning system should steer clear of Infoniqa Switzerland AG.
Absolutely no stars for the numerous outages. Aside from the complete four-week outage, the cloud solution is repeatedly unusable! Negative: - When importing quotes, you can't increase the quantity when invoicing and have to re-enter everything. - Long loading times. - Item numbers cannot be changed. Positive: - Otherwise clear and relatively user-friendly. - Custom quote and invoice designs.
I'd like to thank the Root support team for their patience and efficiency. I had lost access to my old Sage applications following a complicated migration between Windows 10 and 11 on a new computer using Parallels. And they resolved it discreetly. Respect, well done, and thank you again!
Unreliable, constant error messages, incorrect calculations, etc. Not a reliable partner. The only positive aspect is the customer service, which is working at full capacity and is mostly friendly and helpful.
A sad decline of what was once good software with good service. It's a shame, but the development of recent years has been nothing but negative. No support, no answers, just constant problems where no help can be expected.
