A wide selection but high prices and their website is simply not accessible via mobile devices most of the time.

Highly competent advice, dedicated to finding the best solution, and very fair pricing! He took his time and thought things through! He wasn't trying to sell us as much as possible. He had a very thorough knowledge base! We are very happy and will gladly come back. Paul, a fantastic dad!
Large selection, poor service. We ordered and paid for approximately 8,000 Swiss francs worth of goods and then heard nothing for weeks. A few items were delivered (a third of which were the wrong product, and another third didn't work at all, or only partially). No goodwill gesture whatsoever and poor communication. We are still waiting for a refund for the goods that were never delivered and the incorrect ones. Never again!
