A very disappointing company! After the initial contact regarding a defective sled, which broke on the second ride, which was extremely friendly, there was radio silence and, despite several emails and calls, no further response! This is particularly annoying because the CEO personally responded in the first email and requested photos of the defective sled. That was the first and only time I've heard anything from this company, from which I will certainly never buy anything again! As a gesture of goodwill towards the company, I waited for some time and tried various methods of contact, but they still didn't feel the need to respond. Absolutely disgusting and a real shame!
