By far the best moving company in the region! Uncomplicated and flexible planning, extremely professional from start to finish. The two employees, Adrian and Raul, were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Everything was handled quickly and to our complete satisfaction! Unfortunately, we had bad luck with our move with Brägger and Thomann. Several pieces of furniture were damaged during transport, some so badly that they are no longer fit for their intended purpose (you can still sit on a ripped sofa, but you certainly wouldn't want it in your apartment; a dining table with broken legs poses a safety hazard). The claims process has been dragging on for months now. Instead of admitting their mistakes and covering the damages, they're referring us to their insurance company. This would all be understandable if our move had been handled by a cheap or mid-range company. But we used the most expensive one. I expect a corresponding level of quality in their work – and if that's not guaranteed, then at least a prompt and reasonable claims settlement.
