Absolutely amazing Indian takeaway with authentic flavours and consistently high quality. The food is perfectly spiced, rich in taste, and always fresh, with generous portions and great value for money. From the flavourful curries to the soft, freshly made naan, everything is cooked with care and attention. The service is friendly and reliable, and even for takeaway the food arrives hot and well packed. One of the best Indian takeaways around — highly recommended.
One of the best mango lassis I’ve had. Smooth, creamy, and perfectly balanced—not too sweet, with a real mango taste. Super refreshing and a great match with the food. Definitely worth ordering again.
Amazing food and absolutely superb service. The whole time I was in Zurich I got dinner from scent of spice and it was very good. The delivery was great and the customer service was even better. So thankful for them and their service.
Absolutely delicious! The malai kofta was rich and creamy, the naan was soft and fresh, and the samosa and pakora were perfectly crispy and flavorful. Everything tasted fresh and authentic—excellent quality for a takeaway. Highly recommended!😋 Thank you:)
Today I was in Embrach for some errands and coincidentally I passed at this outlet called Scent of Spice. Since I love Indian food and can say that I have some experience with really good Indian dishes I wanted to try their Samosa. The Samosa was a bit dry in my opinion but the taste was good. The Raita on the other hand was flawless. Maybe a few chopped onion pieces could spice it up. But it's not mandatory. The service was great and speedy and the staff was friendly. The outlet is nice, tidy and clean as you can see in my pictures. I will definitely try a few more dishes before I give my final judgement on the food quality. The restaurant is accessible for people with limitations.
Amazing Indian Food at Great Value! This restaurant is a highlight in Embrach. It offers fantastic Indian food, at a very reasonable price (especially when compared to other Indian restaurants nearby). The portion sizes are generous. I usually order the butter chicken, which is more than enough to feed 2 people. I also enjoy their naan. I recommend this restaurant to anyone interested in Indian food.
