Even if I stayed last year, finally I found time to write the feedback. I can just confirm what another person told that the deposits are not paid back on time and only after x requests after month(s) - even if different was written in the contract. In addition I had to spend one night sleeping away because their emergency 24/7 service didn´t work. I tried to help one person from the floor above to figure out how the key works and at the end my door was blocked even if I had the key I could not enter the room. My neighbour whom I tried to help also was not able to enter his apartment - all happened on Friday evening. Next day we tried to call their 24/7 again and noone as usual picked up the phone. Luckily we managed to reach the founder of Glandon via LinkedIn and he opened the doors for us. We didnt receive any apologize or compensation for this poor service and inconvenience, and just heard that they dont know why the service 24/7 didnt work - we were in total 4 people calling from different phone numbers (other neighbours tried to help as well) but noone managed to reach them neigher Friday or Saturday. Would not recommend anyone to stay at this place!
Loved the staff, very friendly and understanding. Furnitures were a bit used up but the overall lovely experience overshadows it ~~
Expensive. Poor quality furniture that is badly maintained. Unpolite and unfriendly staff.
I can wholeheartedly recommend the GLANDON Apartments "Union Business". The studios are very clean, furnished with modern and attractive furniture, and are situated in an excellent and quiet location in Lucerne (just a few minutes' walk from the lake). Communication, especially with Mr. Blümke, was always very professional and extremely friendly. Thank you very much for the excellent stay.
The deposits are not paid on time and only after multiple requests, month after month. The house is far too noisy, with constant noise from music or banging on the door, no matter what time of day. The laundry room has a broken machine and is unsecured; things are stolen, and strangers change the cycles. The cleanliness and cleaning staff are very good. We were notified 4 times about viewing the apartment, and then no one came without any cancellation or notice.
