Two years ago, after a renovation, we had our kitchen installed by Gmür & Braun. The consultation and communication with Ms. Landolt were excellent and very customer-oriented. Our special requests were also fulfilled to our complete satisfaction and organized by Gmür & Braun. The installers on site were friendly, meticulous, and well-organized. The work area was always tidy and tidy. We are extremely satisfied with the result! Even afterward, communication was very pleasant, and we always felt well-advised! Our conclusion: We can wholeheartedly recommend Gmür & Braun and would have our kitchen planned and built by them again without hesitation. Thank you!

After several appointments at our place and a few invoices later, our dishwasher problem still wasn't resolved. My colleague, who was visiting us, repaired the machine within 30 minutes without charging us 200 francs afterwards…
Actually, zero stars. I submitted a request for a food center with a budget of CHF 1500. That was a week ago, and I haven't received a response yet. So much for supporting local businesses. This is already the third one in the canton that doesn't seem to care. So you just shop outside the canton or online. 🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️
We're always very satisfied. We've bought a washing machine and a refrigerator from them so far – super fast delivery, they took away our old appliance and installed it quickly. We'd gladly order again.
