On November 5th, our company placed an order. Verpama AG has not contacted us to this day, even though we emailed them in early December to ask if they had the product in stock and, if so, when it should arrive. We were literally ignored. I know of no company more incompetent when it comes to customer service and efficiency. A complete disaster.
Absolutely abysmal customer service; they never responded to two email inquiries or two phone calls requesting a callback. It seems no one in charge is even working at this company at 8:30 a.m. The only reason for the one star is the nice lady who answers the phone.
I called twice and sent three emails. On the phone, I was told I'd receive an offer soon, but nothing ever came. It seems they simply don't respond to emails. What a joke.
No payment for months, nothing but excuses on the phone. We'll have to take legal action now! To everyone else, please don't do business here!
