We ordered a side awning from Gibus Venetian Blinds. The frame is gray aluminum, and the side awning is white aluminum. When we complained, they dismissed the color difference as simply a sign of age! One side awning was mounted flush with the outside, and the other flush with the inside, which is clearly a botched job. On the phone, he tried to downplay everything and then sent the final invoice. When I emailed him again pointing out the improper installation, he had the nerve to write that I was satisfied with the work. That's simply slander, as I had already mentioned the improper installation over the phone. He now claims to know nothing about the phone call, but luckily, it's all visible on my phone. I advise everyone to avoid this company, as, like many others have mentioned, their work is a disaster. I'd be happy to send photos to anyone interested, or they can come and see the job for themselves. As has also been mentioned in several reviews, Mr. Schmid is completely unreasonable. It's a shame when someone has to run a company like this. Karma always comes back around. On top of everything else, it's slanderous to say I'm very satisfied; if that were the case, I certainly wouldn't complain later!

We found this company online and in September 2019, on a beautiful day, we spontaneously visited them in our convertible without an appointment. The service was very friendly, and the advice we received was absolutely impeccable. They had a small but excellent showroom under the roof. Everything was available and clearly demonstrated. We placed an order and paid immediately. Unfortunately, two months later, due to construction issues at our own house, we had to cancel everything temporarily. This wasn't a problem at all; quite the opposite. A friendly email was sent, and they accepted the cancellation and offered a full refund. That's quite rare these days. If everything works out with the authorities in the end, we will definitely make another purchase from them. Thank you very much for your trust.
