We have already applied to Immowisa for apartments on Girardstrasse three times – each time with the same complete documents. 1. Girardstrasse 19, 3rd floor: Rejected because the lease was supposedly already taken. 2. Girardstrasse 17, 1st floor: We had to resubmit all documents, even though only one page (apartment details) needed to be changed. Another rejection, again with the reason "too late." 3. Girardstrasse 17, 3rd floor: Identical apartment, same size as the one on the 1st floor. This time, they suddenly said the apartment was too small for two pets – even though this had never been an issue before. We invested a lot of time, submitted all the documents several times, but the criteria and reasons for rejections are constantly changing. Just as one expects honesty and transparency from applicants, a real estate company should also offer this. Unfortunately, we didn't get that impression from Immowisa.
Immovisa is a superb, professional property manager. All my previous concerns as a tenant were taken seriously and proactively addressed.

I've been living in an apartment managed by Immovisa since December 1st. Since my previous tenant had been there for about 11 years, there were naturally a few hidden issues, but these were resolved very quickly and professionally.
