I stayed one night at this hotel while on A business trip to Hinwil, honestly one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at across the globe. The team were extremely friendly upon my arrival, the room was exceptionally clean and very large and spacious. I spent a few hours in the bar area and again the team were friendly. Breakfast was very nice, not a huge selection of hot food options but the overall selection was good, very fresh and very clean. I wish I had the opportunity to sample dinner there, maybe next trip.

Excellent restaurant and hotel. The rooms are very recently remodeled and spacious. The dinner we had was excellent and the service was superb. There is a great kid playground and a cute mini zoo for customers.
"At the welcome table, the receptionist mispronounced my name and laughed, mentioning she couldn't pronounce it. Subsequently, the waiter treated my family and me differently, and we frequently had to call for service even though he did not seem busy. As a dark-skinned person, I felt disrespected and discriminated. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel.
Delicious traditional Swiss fare with seasonal dishes. Great service in a cozy atmosphere.
Nice place to celebrate family birthdays. Good food. My father inlaw enjoyed it
