A truly terrible experience — I strongly advise against buying vehicles from this seller! I bought a Lamborghini Urus and after just a few kilometers, about two months after the purchase, I had to spend 3,000 CHF to replace components that turned out to be damaged. The seller provided a warranty that covers practically nothing! For months, he has kept me waiting, claiming he’s doing everything possible to find a solution, but no solution has come. I’ll keep you updated on how this situation develops — this is truly unprofessional behavior!”
I have been living a nightmare with this garage since I bought my second-hand car almost a year and a half ago. At the time of purchase, the garage agreed to cover the cost of repairing certain damages that the car had on the rim as part of the sale negotiation. Also, after a month with the car, an oil leak appeared which they agreed to repair. After taking the car to my local BMW dealer and having the repairs done, I have presented the invoices and have been trying to get my money back for over a year. They always agree to make the payment, but after countless calls and emails I still haven't received my reimbursement. I never thought that something like this could happen to me in Switzerland and in an official BMW garage, but it has happened. Now, if after the last attempts I still don't get my money back, I will be forced to contact my lawyer to claim the debts. Be careful with the promises they make because they may never be fulfilled.
