I have been enrolled in the Diploma in Business Administration (HF) program at HSO since 2023 and will complete my studies in 2026. Looking back, I can say that this time has helped me grow tremendously, both professionally and personally. A special thank you goes to my academic advisors Lirie, Chatrina, and Adis, who provided me with dedicated, professional, and supportive guidance throughout my studies. Their coordination and commitment were always evident and invaluable. I would also like to thank all the lecturers who conveyed my business administration knowledge in a practical, understandable, and high-quality manner. I was able to apply much of the content directly to my daily work. I highly recommend HSO to anyone who wants to pursue in-depth, part-time professional development and further their personal growth.

I was fortunate to have very good, practice-oriented lecturers, and I would especially like to mention my supervisor at the time, Lilie. I could always rely on her for questions and clarifications. I had a very bad experience with the campus director in Zurich. Communication was slow, and she ignored an urgent request of mine. However, I'm not surprised, as she seemed unengaged and uninterested from the start. Overall, I consider her work performance inadequate and deficient.
