Nothing works with this company; it's a complete mess. I've had nothing but problems with this electricity provider for years, and I definitely advise against using them. - Despite having solar panels on the roof, electricity costs for consumers are higher than if they were simply using EWZ, which they try to cover up. It sounds good at first and is supposed to be lower, but in reality, it's higher. - Problems are outsourced and passed on. - Communication is extremely difficult. - Their web platform looks like it was cobbled together by a schoolchild. - They have never (!!) managed to send us the electricity rates for the following year – not even for 2026. I'm looking forward to the day when I no longer have to deal with this company. Unfortunately, our building is connected via Energiepool/Solarpool, and I have no choice; otherwise, I would have left long ago. It's a disaster.
I'm extremely satisfied with the consultation. A big compliment to the owner as well – very friendly, competent, and always helpful. I can wholeheartedly recommend this company!
Outrageous electricity price increases due to all these electric vehicles (bikes, cars, and scooters...) We are absolutely furious about these price hikes. Before, I paid 174 CHF every three months, and after COVID, I pay around 400 CHF every three months. Stop all the increases! We're at our wits' end, exhausted, working just to pay, and paying. A second option is to quit working and go directly to social assistance!! Enough...😡😡😡😡😡

Before, I paid 162 CHF every three months, and after COVID, I pay around 360 CHF every three months. Stop all the increases! We're at our wits' end, exhausted, working just to pay, paying...!! For years, this company has been plagued with problems. - Almost every year there are mix-ups with electricity tariffs, resulting in incorrect bills. - The company handles many tasks manually, leading to a high error rate. - Sometimes bills haven't arrived for months. - The web interface for electricity consumption is intermittently offline. - Electronic billing is not available.
