I have been to this restaurant a few times now and can confidently say it’s great quality, really good food and super friendly staff. The ambience is very cosy, and the terrace is lovely in the summer. I can really recommend it for a nice dinner out, either casual but also appropriate for special occasions, and not overpriced at all.
A lovely small hotel in the traditional style in a beautiful location - more restaurant than hotel. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Beds are soft. We had comfortable nights. The restaurant is very popular with the locals - it’s advisable to book in advance. Great food with good service and close to Interlaken. Can recommend
Our group of 8 had a lovely 5-night stay at Hotel Restaurant Burgseeli! Peter was an incredible host - friendly, funny, and wonderfully accommodating (we had a toddler in our group). The rest of the staff were also great, very efficient and helpful. The rooms are clean, comfortable, stylish. The terraces are great for hanging out as a group after a busy day exploring the area. The food at the restaurant is also top notch. We can’t wait to return!
Beautiful wood-cabin styled hotel upstairs with a restaurant downstairs. The room is a good size for a couple, however the bathroom, specifically shower is slightly small. Service here is really good. Not too far from the bus stop however be cautious of bus timings after 8PM
