I usually don’t leave reviews of sorts but I am compelled to leave one here. Mr. Schriber is a fine gentleman who possess full knowledge over his field of expertise and with a healthy sense of humor, I enjoyed our meeting and benefited from the services provided by the Bank. I am glad to have conducted business with Raiffeisenbank Zürcher Oberland. Highly recommend.
I contacted them by phone to clarify a question regarding a gold coin that I had previously ordered. Ms. Kammer didn't understand my request and, in my opinion, didn't respond appropriately. With one of her many comments, "I can hardly believe that," she didn't take my price comparison seriously and otherwise failed to demonstrate the necessary competence. The entire phone call felt neither customer-oriented nor friendly. Since I work in customer service myself, I know how to treat a customer properly. I recommend she take a course in social skills.
