The food and drinks are of a quality that truly matches the hotel’s high standards. As well as the bar and restaurant menus. It is impossible not to get a perfect night’s sleep on such exceptionally comfortable beds, with a generous choice of pillows to suit every preference. Such household trifles as a good coffee machine, a compact steamer and other accessories always come in handy, and of course they are here. We especially loved spending time in the spa — relaxing in the warm pool, enjoying the wide selection of saunas and professional cosmetology services, all while taking in year-round views of the snow-covered Swiss Alps. Ladies Sofia and Freya are always on hand to assist with any request. Their knowledge and genuine care truly enhance the experience and make this place feel especially welcoming. It is easy to understand why many guests return to this hotel time and time again
Visited the spa for a massage and day spa pass and had the most relaxing time. The deep tissue massage was wonderful and much needed after skiing and travel. The view from the spa was incredible as well and the sauna options were lovely. Would highly recommend.
A beautiful hotel with excellent service. We visited with two young kids and they had a lot of fun in the kids room and at the pool. We had a family room which offered plenty of space with a big sofa bed for the kids. The breakfast was delicious and they had very big choice of hot dishes from the card. The service at the hotel is exceptional and really looks after you. Special thanks to Daria who helped our kids have a memorable Halloween. Engelberg is beautiful and there are some nice hikes in the area.
Excellent service, very clean hotel, and highly professional staff. Everything was well organized and smooth from check-in to check-out. The room and all hotel areas were spotless. The spa area is also very clean and well maintained. Highly recommended.
