From the first contact they were extremely professional—quickly scheduling a free on-site visit and providing a clear, flat-fee quote that covered everything (moving services, truck fuel, and even overnight storage near Fribourg). They answered all our questions, including insurance details, with patience and clarity. On packing day in Geneva they arrived on time, worked hard, and treated our belongings with real care—especially our many plants—and handled our 300 L freezer without a hitch. On delivery day they were again punctual and finished within the agreed time frame. Communication was excellent throughout, and the price was very reasonable considering how much stuff we had for just two people. 100% recommend Starmalin and will gladly use them again for our next move!
