Three years ago, Mr. Wäffler and his team installed a home theater in our basement – and we're still absolutely thrilled with it! The collaboration was very pleasant and professional from the start. Our wishes and budget were taken seriously, and there was never any attempt to sell us unnecessary equipment. Instead, they provided a tailor-made solution that perfectly suited our space. Even with later expansions (including switching to a laser projector, Dirac ART, and adding four subwoofers), they consistently offered expert and sensitive advice – always with the goal of getting the most out of our available budget. Service and warranty claims were handled reliably (e.g., for defective cinema seats, recalibration of sound profiles). I agree with another review: feedback was sometimes delayed or required additional follow-up, but it was always clearly explained, and the team was always committed to finding a good solution. We are very grateful that our home theater dream was realized so professionally and sustainably. A definite recommendation for anyone who wants to create something special!
