I have had the privilege of experiencing the transformative sound healing by Ngara ( Electric Unity), and I must say, it has been a life-changing experience for me. I have had other healing sessions in the past but have never had a sound healing. From the moment I met, I knew that she was very passionate about her work and very talented too. The first time i walked in Ngara's serene healing space, I felt a sense of calm and comfort wash over me. Ngara's warm presence and genuine compassion immediately put me at ease, creating a safe and nurturing environment for my healing journey to unfold. I felt safe to be vulnarable and be myself surround her. I had the opportunity to experience both sound healing and kunda dance sessions, and I was truly blown away by the profound effects they had on my mind, body, and spirit. The tuning session helped me release pent-up energy and emotional blockages, leaving me feeling lighter, clearer, and more balanced than ever before. The vibrations of the tuning forks seemed to resonate with the deepest parts of my being, guiding me towards a state of inner harmony and alignment. Already on my first session i could feel my body and soul detoxing from all the negative energies and emotions from my past and my ancestors. On my second session i worked with my masculine energy and so far i can also feel the impact the healing. I have one more session to do in order to close the cycle and i can not wait for it! The kunda dance sessions was a joyful and liberating experience that allowed me to connect with my body on a deeper level. Through rhythmic movement, breathwork, and guided meditation, I was able to release tension and stagnant energy, tap into my inner power, and experience a profound sense of vitality and joy. Ngara's gentle guidance and intuitive wisdom were instrumental in facilitating this transformative journey, allowing me to connect with my true essence and embrace my authentic self. Beyond the individual sessions, the entire experience with my journey with Ngara has been life changing. Her dedication and genuine desire to help others shine their brightest light are evident in everything she does. Her passion for holistic healing and her commitment to fostering growth and transformation in others are truly inspiring. I also feel like i have gain a meaningful connection and a friend for life. I recently had the pleasure of getting treated by Ngara from Electric Unity's covering my heart space. In the week leading up to this treatment, I had been doing chakra meditations and any time I hit the heart space area, I felt sadness and grief that I was confused by. I couldn't place it and was guessing from which source this was coming. The heart space treatment from Ngara following my usual morning meditation was really powerful. Not only did I have Ngara with her gifts facilitating the healing, but I could feel the presence of 'others' who were there in support. Nothing scary, and it all felt really natural and safe. I could feel the energy shifting throughout my body and receiving visions of light moving around me. I simply listened to Ngara's gentle tones and followed her words. In the days afterwards, I unlocked the grief that I had been trying to discover through morning meditations. It was from something that I hadn't even considered and had it not been for this healing, I could still be swimming around in the sadness, grief and confusion of why these feelings were just 'there'. I knew within the moment of it finally arising, that this was what had been waiting to be expressed and healed. Ngara's heart space treatment unlocked this, allowing me to take the time with it and move through it. It was so successful within me that I've been recommending this to anyone I've crossed paths with who has a heavy heart ever since! I truly believe that Ngara's session was the key to the healing of this longstanding grief and post-integration I came out bouncing, lighter and totally free of it! In fact, I've come out of all of her healings in this manner post-integration. Choosing to, and being open to healing while having someone as gifted as Ngara is in her field is a real winning combination for you, your emotions, health and well-being. I cannot recommend working with Ngara enough, she's personable and easy to be around which helps to break the ice for topics that can feel heavy in places. She also has that perfect balance of not drowning you in woo-woo, presenting you with the information and guidance gently, truthfully and practically. There's definitely light, love and laughter with Ngara! You naturally feel safe in her presence, and she promotes the foundation giving a real sense of trust which aids the healing process.
