For several weeks now, a service vehicle belonging to your company has been attracting negative attention in the vicinity of Männedorf ZH train station. The vehicle is regularly parked illegally – either in the SBB's 15-minute parking spaces or in blue parking spaces in front of the Raiffeisenbank and the Wunderbar restaurant, always without a properly set parking disc. Even on weekends, the same vehicle is parked in expired parking spaces near a waste disposal container. This behavior is disrespectful to the public and does not reflect professionally. It is disturbing when employees of your company apparently take special privileges and block public parking spaces. I would expect a reputable company to address such issues internally – for example, by renting a parking space or having clear guidelines for the use of company vehicles. Due to this behavior, I would not currently award RohrMax any contracts. Addendum March 1, 2026: RohrMax responded very professionally to my review above and announced that they would clarify the situation. I then contacted them by email as requested. The situation on site remains unchanged: The service vehicle in question is still parked practically every day from around 4 p.m. until about 8 a.m. in the blue parking zone near Männedorf train station, without a blue parking permit, only with a note stating "Technician working." The public response thus unfortunately appears more like image-building for Google than a serious solution to the problem. Since the illegal parking continues, I have now informed the municipality of Männedorf so that the parking regulations can be consistently enforced.

I can only agree with the previous reviewer. The technicians are good and the service is quick on-site. However, the unpleasant surprise comes with the bill. Despite explicitly requesting a rough estimate when scheduling the appointment, the travel costs (an additional flat fee) were not mentioned. When we inquired about it, they even questioned it. We specifically chose the company because of its geographical proximity (6-minute drive, 8 km distance); it wasn't an emergency appointment and therefore planned for RohrMax. We were charged for half an hour of travel time at the full hourly rate for tradespeople, plus a vehicle flat fee, which brought the travel costs alone to almost CHF 120. The argument was that the drivers are organized decentrally and can come from anywhere. That's understandable. However, for me as a customer, it's unfortunately not transparent when calculating or orienting myself towards the travel costs. Update: In the end, they did offer us a CHF 60 voucher. Thank you!

On Saturday at 5 PM, we discovered that the utility room was flooded with 3 cm of water. A technician from Rohrmax arrived as quickly as possible. By 10 PM, the problem was resolved, the utility room floor was dry again, and everything had been thoroughly cleaned. Everything worked perfectly. Many thanks!
